Welcome to the Full Circle Brewing Company entertainment booking site.

As you may have noticed through the renovations in the brewery, the folks at Full Circle are continuing to improve the most unique microbrewery and entertainment venue in town. We have recently installed a new sound system for our new and improved stage and will be working on the lighting system next.

Along with these improvements we have a new system for booking. Entertainment is an important part of the Full Circle experience and we want to make sure this process is FRIENDLY, CONVENIENT and EFFICIENT for everyone involved. Please review all the information on this site to be best informed about booking your date at Full Circle. ALL booking requests will be made ONLINE.  If your booking has not been added to the calendar online, you cannot be sure that your date is confirmed. We have devised a simple and effective system as detailed below.

How do I Book at Full Circle? We are now booking several months in advance! Please click through to the booking calendar to see available dates

  1. Go to the BOOKING CALENDAR page and look for an available date from our ONLINE CALENDAR.
  2. Then scroll down on that page below the calendar. Read the information we will need to consider your request. Compose an email including this information within. (You can copy and paste the form with your answers, if you wish.)
  3. Send the email to fullcirclegigs@showshout.net . You should receive a response within a few days. If the date is available it will be put on hold for you, pending receipt of your confirmation, promotional information and any other information that we may need. (Full Circle Brewery is NOT a promoter.  We are a venue. For more promotional ideas and resources, go to the PROMO page.) You may receive an email that will direct you to the “Pay Booking Fee” page to confirm your booking, depending on the booking and tech support arrangements agreed upon.
  4. Once you have sent this information and confirmed the booking, the name of your show is placed on the calendar and is considered booked and confirmed.

    If  the date you have requested is not available due to a conflict in booking (BOOKING REQUESTS ARE CONFIRMED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS) an alternate date for your show will be suggested in our reply email. 

    PLEASE NOTE: Full Circle reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any booking request. Please remain in contact  with us as your date draws near. We will keep you informed of any scheduling adjustments as soon as we know of them.

Ticket Pricing and Booking Fees (New Policy In Place 1/18/10, Please Review Carefully)

All events booked at Full Circle are subject to a very low booking fee.* Full Circle engages the services of Box Office, & Booking personnel. These fees are used to compensate these good folk for their services. Full Circle Brewery is not a band promoter, and does not provide guarantees or contract riders beyond providing the stage and what sound an lighting capabilities we have at the facility. If promotional services (beyond what would normally be done by the venue for business) are required, please contact a local promoter or local band with whom you can work. We welcome working with promoters to accommodate artists.

Artists and event organizers may choose one of two booking fee options.

The first option:

  • a flat booking fee of $100 for the three hour 8-11pm slot, to be paid in advance. This is an ideal option if you expect heavy attendance of your event.

The second option - This option is ideal for newer artists and smaller audiences.

  • - a $1 per attendee charge. (You may want your proposed ticket price to include an extra $1 to cover this fee.)
  • - The number of attendees will be tracked by our box office personnel, and that amount will be deducted at the close of box office services.
  • - Example:  The night of your performance our box office personnel will track the number of attendees. For each ticket sold a $1 charge will be taken at the close of the box office.  If you charge $5 per person at the door, and you have an audience of 30 people, $30 will be deducted from the $150 taken in at the box office, and you will be paid the balance of $120.

*Charitable organizations and special benefit events may inquire about possible booking fee discounts or special arrangements at the time of booking request. These will be reviewed on an individual basis.

You may charge any amount you want at the door, but we suggest your ticket price be not less than $3 and no more than $20.

Full Circle may locally distribute some print and digital promotional materials with your performance information. If you want specific photos or copy to be included on posters or fliers, it must be received no less than 2 weeks prior to your performance date. If you have your own posters or print materials that you would like to send, we will gladly distribute these as well. Please check our Promo page for our promotions policies, and more information and ideas on promoting your own show.

Note:  Artists are welcome to bring merchandise (cds, t-shirts, etc…) to sell. You must provide your own personnel for sales, and all proceeds from sales will remain with the artist.

MORE INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW

If you are an out of town act that has not played Fresno or Full Circle before please be aware that unfamiliar and out-of-town acts may need more publicity to draw an audience. Full Circle is a destination micro-brewery and entertainment venue. We suggest contacting a local act to share the date, or a promoter that can help pair you with other acts to draw an interested audience.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: Booking requests are for single gigs. Return gigs MUST be spaced out AT LEAST 5 Weeks apart and using a separate email booking request. (Exceptions to the 5 week rule are made for pre-planned, regular monthly gigs that have been reviewed and approved.)
